Qualifications

• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Receives and responds to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when needed
• Coaches, develops, and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities (CSA Front End Team)
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds per guidelines
• Remains vigilant for shoplifting and security risks and communicates findings to management/Assets Protection
