Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide exceptional service at the front end and throughout the store. You will assist customers with locating products, demonstrate features, and help with loading merchandise while maintaining store integrity and safety.

The role requires cash handling, strong communication, and prior retail or cashier experience. Benefits and growth opportunities are available for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies, procedures and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, and warranty details.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities.
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Ensures safety and housekeeping standards in the store.
