Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and ability to lead a team on the front end.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and maintain checkout flow.
• Schedule breaks and oversee payroll adherence per policy.
• Support hiring and training of new cashiers and disciplinary actions if needed.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, and proper register operations in a fast-paced setting.
