Qualifications

• 1 year retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through projects as needed.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information to customers.
