The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience, plus leadership training. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Address customer assistance issues at the register when needed.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks as per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and manage disciplinary actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and monitor cash register supply levels.
