Job summary

Lowe’s Monaca is seeking a customer-focused cashier to support daily transactions, assist customers in locating and loading merchandise, and provide product information. You will process sales, returns, and refunds, and help maintain a safe, organized store environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of retail cashier experience. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced home improvement retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Minimum 1 year experience using a computer, inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process sales transactions, returns and refunds per guidelines.
• Provide product information and price match where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; monitor aisles and assist with security.
• Support fellow associates with daily tasks and customer service.
