Job summary

You will also assist with stock, price lookups, and basic store operations, contributing to a safe, organized shopping environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Less than 1 year experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• 1 year retail cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Responds knowledgeably to customer and employee questions by guiding them to areas of the store and walking through projects.
• Coaches, develops, and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities (CSA Front End Team).
• Monitors cash in drawer and handles transactions accurately to support store operations.
