Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through projects in-store.
• Operate cash register and process transactions per guidelines.
• Assist in line vesting and manage checkout coverage when needed.
• Prepare and maintain checkout area and stock supplies.
• Handle returns, verify receipts, and process loading tickets.
• Assist with pricing checks and price-matching where applicable.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
