Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions knowledgeably and guide customers through projects in-store.
• Provide information on stock, special order items, features, warranties, and benefits.
• Coach and train associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds at the register per guidelines.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily reconciliation duties.
• Assist in checkout line coverage and maintain register readiness.
• Inspect returned merchandise for damages and verify tickets and receipts.
• Look up product information and perform price matching as needed.
• Maintain store use lists and keep work areas clean and safe.
