Job summary

Coach in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Lead Cashier I to deliver exceptional service at the cash wrap and in lines, while maintaining store standards and product knowledge. You will greet customers, assess needs, capture information and process transactions with accuracy, supporting training and operational tasks as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in luxury retail, strong English skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in line and at the cash wrap.
• Assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Capture customer information accurately and securely.
• Complete end-of-shift audits; process returns, repairs, and damaged items per policy.
• Maintain SKU accuracy and cash wrap organization.
• Handle cash/media accurately and deliver purchases.
• Assist with cashier training and report equipment issues.
