Coach in Miami seeks a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at checkout, maintain cashwrap accuracy, and support team development in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

You will greet customers, promote the Insider Program, process returns and repairs, and mentor peers while upholding Coach Service standards. Strong English and POS familiarity are essential; schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
