Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking individuals who are currently in a Master’s ABA program to accrue practicum hours while being paid. The Lead Case Supervisor role prepares you to become a BCBA after you complete your hours and pass the BCBA exam, with supervision from a BCBA at your clinic and tailored Apex programming.

This full-time, hourly position includes a base pay of $32.50/hour with a $2,000 signing bonus, plus $2,000 more after passing the BCBA exam and an additional

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Training and coaching will be provided.
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
• Conduct and write assessment reports including Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Checklist.
• Receive coaching from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs.
• Be part of the Soar integrated care team during interdisciplinary meetings.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
