Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an individual in a Master’s ABA program to become a BCBA while accruing practicum hours. The Lead Case Supervisor role provides paid unrestricted hours and supervision to develop core BCBA competencies.

The Apex Program offers enhanced practicum support, study materials, and a clear path to a BCBA role. On-site, with competitive pay and growth opportunities, you’ll join a collaborative pediatric team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with 20 paid unrestricted hours per week.
• Update client goals and programming in the electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance sessions.
