Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor who is pursuing BCBA credentials and hours. This role provides supervision, direct client therapy, and training within the Apex Program to help you advance toward board certification.

The position offers base hourly pay plus a signing bonus and a BCBA exam bonus, with avenues for growth, paid time off, and ongoing supervision from BCBA leaders. The program supports career development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate excellent rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using the electronic data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
