Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Peoria, AZ seeks a Lead Case Supervisor actively pursuing BCBA certification to accrue practicum hours. You will supervise 3–5 client cases, provide RBT supervision, and participate in ESDM training, with paid unrestricted hours weekly and a clear path to a BCBA role upon passing the exam.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the PFA and SBT.
• Training and coaching to be provided.
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
• Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic.
• Be part of the Soar integrated care team for collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
