Job summary

The Seattle YMCA is seeking a Lead Case Manager for the FYI Voucher project to support youth in navigating housing access and lease-up processes. You will build referral networks, coordinate outreach and work with landlords to secure housing for participants.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with housing authorities, and ensure documentation and outcomes meet program requirements, including collaboration with the Social Impact Center team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience with teens/young adults in foster care, group care, housing, education, juvenile justice, anti-poverty, vocational support, mental health, chemical dependency and/or homelessness fields.
• Knowledge of the housing landscape and tenant law in King County.

Responsibilities

• Build referral network for FYI referrals and maintain outreach materials.
• Connect with five organizations monthly and conduct at least two presentations or events per month.
• Onboard and train new Voucher Specialists.
• Maintain a resource library and list of voucher-friendly units.
