Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington in Yakima, WA is seeking a Young Adult Housing Program (YAHP) Case Manager to implement the program per contract guidelines, provide rental assistance, and deliver intensive case management for youths aged 18-24.

The role focuses on helping clients learn independent living skills, secure housing with landlords, and participate in group events while coordinating with Foster Teen Programs. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Service required for performance of the job.
• 1–3 years’ experience with adolescents preferred.
• Understanding and ability to work with youth ages 18–24.

Responsibilities

• Provide strengths-based services using Trauma-Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing.
• Outreach to potential program youth and facilitate enrollment interviews.
• Screen and enroll program youth; enter data in the homeless client system.
• Develop landlord relationships to secure housing opportunities.
• Organize group events and teach independent living skills.
• Coordinate with Youth Services staff for integrated service delivery.
• Travel within service counties and participate in trainings.
