Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Supervisory Case Manager to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and coordination with funding sources in a full-time role in Colorado. You will supervise staff, volunteers, and interns and ensure high-quality services meet funder requirements and agency policy.

You will conduct outreach with the team and community partners, promoting VOA resources and services while interacting with program participants and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience with best practices.
• Ability to lead teams and supervise staff, volunteers, or interns.
• Must have a Colorado driver's license and vehicle for work-related travel.
• Credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and coordination with funding sources.
• Ensure program objectives are met and compliance with funder and agency policy.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns (up to 3 reports).
• Conduct outreach and serve as liaison to community agencies and stakeholders.
