Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Supervisory Case Manager to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and related services. The role ensures program objectives are met and coordinates with funders, while supervising staff and volunteers, including interns.

You will engage with community stakeholders, recruit and develop teams, and ensure policy compliance. A Colorado driver’s license and credentialing within 12 weeks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience.
• Ability to lead teams of human service professionals.
• Must possess Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
• Credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and funding coordination.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff and volunteers.
• Supervise up to 3 direct reports and ensure program objectives.
• Conduct outreach with the team and engage community partners.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency policies.
