Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) to oversee Adult Services, assure quality of services, and supervise clinical staff. You will provide direct counseling, coordinate daily operations, and implement program improvements.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in behavioral health, at least three years in community behavioral health, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Three years of community behavioral health work experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Associate license preferred.
• Experience working with AHCCCS System of Care is preferred.
• Must possess valid AZ Driver's license with no major infractions in the past 39 months.
• Fingerprint clearance card required or must be eligible to obtain one.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with administrative and clinical supervision of staff and interns; evaluate performance.
• Direct overall productivity of the program and monitor staff, contractors, interns and volunteers; provide 25% clinical services.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, services and staff time; provide coverage as needed.
• Provide quality assurance of service delivery including client charts and documentation.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve service delivery and new programming.
• Work beyond scheduled hours to complete paperwork or crisis stabilization tasks; on-call rotations may be required.
• Ensure continuity of care and coordinate with other departments.
• Develop and maintain at least one clearly defined program area.
• Maintain compliance with the agency's standard of care and QA processes.
