Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team in Arizona.

The role ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded by direct reports, and that assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient. The position requires a behavioral health background and experience with the SMI

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• At least 1 year experience with the SMI population across multiple settings and levels of care (mental health and substance use).
• At least 1 year in behavioral health with outreach and engagement activities.
• Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision, oversight, training and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team.
• Ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
• Ensure assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on the team.
