Job summary

CCRC is seeking a Lead Case Specialist in California to manage caseloads within the Case Management Department under supervision. You will act on delegated tasks and ensure compliance with program regulations while supporting families in childcare services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related industry experience; or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience; or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to families in qualified childcare programs.
• Process documentation submitted by families and providers in a timely manner.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with families and providers to receive or discuss documentation.
• Review cases to maintain eligibility and program compliance.
• Certify and recertify families within required timeframes.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workflow with supervision.
