Job summary

Family Resource Center is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to manage enrollment, certification, updating and termination activities for Subsidized Child Care (SCC) programs. You will handle NOAs, family files, and communications with clients and staff, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.

The role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a team, and familiarity with San Joaquin County resources.

Qualifications

Good office skills and computer input ability.
Proven communication skills with coworkers and community members.
Knowledge of community programs and resources available in San Joaquin County.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Basic arithmetic and computation skills; ability to analyze monthly data.
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Enrollment, certification, updating and termination processes for all SCC programs.
Timely and accurate completion of re-certifications, terminations, NOAs and family files.
Answer phones, make appointments and provide general communication and support services to clients and staff.
Perform computer input, typing and filing for SCC programs.
Maintain required number of case files and process monthly provider timesheets.
Represent FRC in workshops and meetings and support program operations.
