• Must hold California RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Acute Care Case Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and healthcare laws.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Case Management Department and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and administrators to meet length-of-stay goals and resource use targets.
• Coordinate with the Utilization Management Committee and prepare reports and analyses.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
