Closets by Design is seeking an Installer to install custom closets, home offices, and more at customer homes in the Tallahassee area. You will work with hand and power tools, follow drawings, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

The ideal candidate is customer‑oriented, reliable, and possesses a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner

• Listed pay of $20 per hour training then transition to higher earning potential with bonuses.
