Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an installer to join our team in the Orlando area. We design, manufacture, and install a full line of custom closets, home office furniture, and more for residential spaces.

You will install products in customer homes, follow drawings, and operate tools safely while delivering outstanding craftsmanship and service. Training is provided with opportunities for career growth, typically Monday through Friday with optional weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record; operate company vehicle safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
• Closet, garage or office installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install products in customer homes safely and with high quality.
• Follow drawings or instructions to assist setup.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner
