Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installer to join a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. You will help install custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, and more, in customer homes, following drawings and safety protocols.

This role emphasizes craftsmanship, organization, and superior customer service. Benefits include a 401(k) with matching, bonuses, paid training, holidays and PTO, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner
