Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to support Installers in installing custom storage solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with installations, communicating with clients professionally, and operating company vehicles and tools safely.

We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, health insurance, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no required overtime. Benefits include free uniforms, meals, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Operate the company vehicle safely.
• Closet, garage or office installation experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive manner.
