Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Lead Carpentry Installer in Virginia Beach to lead the installation of custom closets and related cabinetry. You will measure, cut, and fit materials, follow drawings, and ensure high-quality, safe installations for residential spaces.

The role offers weekly hours Monday through Friday, with tools and equipment provided. Expect competitive hourly pay with performance-based incentives and opportunities for advancement.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Carpentry Installer. Our Carpentry Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion, and operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner
