Job summary

Closets by Design in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking an Installer to design, install and service custom closets and home organization systems. You will work with a team to install products at customer homes in a safe, high-quality, productive manner with a focus on client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, following drawings, operating tools safely, and maintaining organization on job sites, while offering paid training, ongoing development, and the potential for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner
