Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of field construction experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong carpentry skills across drywall, painting, doors/windows, trim, flooring, and tile.
• Ability to read plans and follow repair scopes; maintain safe, clean job sites.
• Reliable transportation; able to lift up to 50 lbs; drug test and background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform hands-on carpentry and other construction tasks on various projects.
• Coordinate daily work with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate job progress.
