Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of hands-on carpentry with strong leadership, site organization, and CAD plan familiarity. The role involves budgeting input, procurement, and collaboration with design teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on residential construction experience with advanced carpentry skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Experience reading basic CAD construction documents (floor plans/elevations).
• Proficient in using MS Office and construction planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site production for residential remodeling projects.
• Manage trade professionals, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect work, approve completion, and maintain positive client relations.
• Assist in hiring and mentoring future assistant carpenters.
