Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an Intermediate Carpenter to provide hands-on reconstruction support in residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. The role involves contributing to scope development with estimators and advancing the development of junior carpenters.

Candidates should have extensive carpentry experience, the ability to work with little supervision, and readiness to travel, including nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Extensive carpentry experience required.
• Ability to assist with scope development with BELFOR Estimators.
• Experience supervising unskilled labor or subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential problems and seek guidance as needed.
• Move and protect contents without damage.
• Construct containment for dust, dirt and contaminants in work area.
• Perform floodcutting, salvaging and labeling baseboards, cabinets and doors as required.
• Attend shrink wrap training and complete projects containing shrink wrap.
