Job summary

Project And Property LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman / Lead Carpenter to lead on-site operations in Palm Beach County, FL. This hands-on role requires taking ownership of jobs, coordinating crews, and performing framing, drywall, and finish carpentry as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in residential construction, experience managing crews, and the ability to read plans. OSHA 10/30 is preferred, bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, and a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or carpentry.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Able to read construction plans and scopes of work.
• Safe operation of common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field personnel.
• Perform hands-on framing, drywall, trim and finish work.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Plan upcoming work and anticipate labor/material needs.
• Keep projects moving and communicate potential delays.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
