Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of drywall and/or metal framing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience leading crews of 5-20+ employees.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet schedules.
- Monitor productivity and address obstacles to timely completion.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other trades to maintain momentum.
- Inspect work for quality and safety across all phases.
