Acts Construction is seeking a Master Carpenter / Foreman to oversee carpentry work across projects, including demolition, cabinetry, framing, drywall, trim, and window/door installs. You will guide a crew, manage tool use, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes on schedule.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction, blueprints comprehension, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver\'s license, with potential for leadership of teams and project direction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of construction or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, cabinetry, framing, drywall, trim and window/door installations.
• Operate hand and power tools; ensure work is completed safely and to high quality.
• Mentor and lead team members as needed to meet project timelines.
