Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is seeking a Foreman to lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects in Florida. You will read blueprints, coordinate daily manpower, materials, and equipment, and ensure on-time project delivery with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a Foreman or supervisory role, with OSHA knowledge and ability to mentor crew members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet project schedules.
• Inspect work and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Serve as primary field contact for Project Managers and stakeholders.
