Job summary

Fresh Start Contracting is seeking an experienced List Services Lead Technician to manage residential projects from start to finish. You will lead carpentry tasks, plan schedules with the Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and organization on site.

The role requires a MA Construction Supervisor’s License, a minimum of 8 years in carpentry, and the ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 8 years of carpentry/construction experience preferred.
• Must hold MA Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL).
• Must have reliable work vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of safety, codes, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead carpenter on residential projects from demo to finish.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Owners and Architect to review project scope.
• Oversee schedule, safety, cleanliness, and daily workflow on site.
• Order materials, track budgets, and manage subcontractors as needed.
