Job summary

Project And Property LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman / Lead Carpenter to join our team in Lake Worth Beach and throughout Palm Beach County. This hands-on leadership role requires taking ownership of jobsites, coordinating subcontractors, and performing construction work as needed.

The right candidate is a builder, leader, and problem solver who thinks ahead and is willing to pick up tools to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction or related experience.
• Hands-on framing, drywall, trim, doors, demolition, finish work, and punch work.
• Experience leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, or running jobsites.
• Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field personnel.
• Perform hands-on work including framing, drywall repairs, trim, and finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret plans, scopes, specifications, and documents.
• Plan upcoming work and anticipate labor, material, and site needs.
• Keep projects moving according to schedule and communicate delays.
• Ensure jobsites are ready before subcontractors arrive.
• Monitor workmanship and address deficiencies.
• Inspect completed work for quality and completeness.
• Coordinate deliveries and verify materials are available.
• Prepare jobsites for inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Protect existing and completed work.
• Complete punch-list items and repairs to move projects forward.
• Document progress, photos, issues, and completed work in Buildertrend.
• Communicate progress, problems, and upcoming needs to the project team.
