A Typical Day at Premier Deck

We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Lead to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish.

Clean and pack up job site, and punch out by 3:30.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Service – Direct and professional interaction with customer; Continuous customer communication; Strive for a 5 star review on all projects.
• Quality – Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck.
• Schedule – Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule.
• Organization – Job Site must be clean and orderly; Clean and organized trailer; Maintain a stocked trailer.
• Production – Able to work with Deck Lead and produce approximately 200 square feet of deck per week.
