Job summary

DeckTech in Alabama is seeking a skilled Project Manager to bring our structured, transparent, and professionally managed approach to every jobsite. You’ll lead scheduling, on-site coordination, and client communication to ensure every deck build meets our standards and timelines.

You’ll supervise subcontractors, monitor workmanship, and drive closeout processes, while mentoring assistants and growing with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and a family-like team culture.

This Isn't Just a Project Management Job

What Success Looks Like

You'll be the steady hand guiding every project from the pre-construction meeting to the final walk-through.

You'll keep homeowners informed with proactive, friendly communication — morning updates on what's happening, evening updates on what got done.

You'll make sure every subcontractor shows up prepared, understands the full scope of work, and leaves the jobsite clean and professional.

You'll catch problems before they become delays, and keep materials, permits, and special orders moving on schedule.
