Home Helpers Home Care of Central Seminole County is seeking a Lead Caregiver CNA to supervise the care team, provide on-the-job training, and mentor new staff while delivering compassionate in-home care.

The role covers shifts when needed, starts care with new clients, and includes field training and quality checks. Travel up to 45 minutes from the office is required; compensation is $18 per hour with mileage reimbursement and guaranteed 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

As a Lead Caregiver CNA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need, even when their regularly scheduled caregiver is unable to provide it. As a leader in our care team, you will not only provide care to clients but also assist with on-the-job training and peer mentoring to help develop the skills of new members of our team.

Work Environment:

• Work weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts

• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and car insurance is a must

Compensation:

• $18 hourly, plus mileage after traveling more than 25 miles to and from home
• Guaranteed pay for 35 hours a week at minimum, even if not placed on shifts provided
