Synergy HomeCare in Seminole, Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for seniors, assisting with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while following care plans and safety protocols. Ideal candidates meet CNA (HHA) certification, CPR, 1 year caregiving experience, valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA (HHA) certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
• Negative TB test required.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping including laundry and tidying.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
