Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Seminole is seeking a compassionate CNA Caregiver to support seniors at home in St. Petersburg, Florida. You will assist with daily living activities and ensure safety and comfort while respecting client dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
