Job summary

Home Instead in Paducah, KY is seeking a Lead CarePro to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. You’ll step in during urgent care, offer companionship, help with daily routines, and support families with respect and dignity. Paid, hands-on training provided.

Open availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and weekend on-call shifts are required. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are necessary to travel across counties and deliver high-quality care.

• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Step in during urgent care situations to provide comfort and consistency.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with appointments.
• Deliver thoughtful, respectful care—especially for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
