Caring Senior Service of El Paso is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team in El Paso, TX. This is more than a caregiving role—you’ll provide personalized care to seniors and lead our caregiving team, ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality support.

As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll combine hands‑on care with leadership responsibilities, mentoring caregivers, covering open shifts, and supporting both clients and your team in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care, companionship, and support for seniors in their homes
• Cover open shifts to ensure clients receive consistent care
• Onboard and mentor new caregivers, offering guidance and field support
• Coordinate with clients and families to ensure care needs are met
• Maintain high standards of care while respecting clients’ dignity
• Be available for on‑call shifts, including some nights and weekends
• Receive weekly on‑call pay for availability outside regular shifts
