Job summary

Home Instead in Paducah, KY is seeking a Lead CarePro who can step up with compassion, stay calm under pressure, and provide dependable in-home care to seniors.

This role requires open availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotations. No prior experience required—paid, hands-on training is provided.

• Background checks, MVR and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and consistency during urgent care situations.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with appointments.
• Deliver care with dignity and heart, including for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screenings.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for caring for others.
