Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in workforce development or career advising.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team of Career Navigators.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Career Navigators; partner with direct-reports and colleagues on challenging caseloads.
• Provide professional development and training on mentoring, trauma-informed practice, and equity-centered workforce development.
• Travel to partner regional offices to support partners and staff.
