Summer Search seeks a Career Navigator to coach and support apprentices in collaboration with Aon and Summer Search leadership. You will guide program participants through readiness, skills development, and personal support while coordinating with managers and the program team to ensure successful two-year outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in workforce development or career advising.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating programs with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide apprentice intake and ongoing coaching.
• Support apprentices’ workplace readiness and professional growth.
• Coordinate monthly progress updates with managers and program team.
• Develop individualized Success Agreement Plans with stakeholders.
• Assist with recruiting and engagement activities for the program.
