Job summary

Summer Search seeks a Career Navigator to support apprentices and managers within the Aon partnership, guiding workplace readiness and personal development. You will conduct intake assessments, provide ongoing coaching, and connect with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Summer Search and Aon teams to develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and address barriers such as childcare, transportation, or housing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in workforce development or career advising.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to equity and supporting underserved students.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessments and regular coaching for apprentices.
• Collaborate with program teams and managers to support apprentices.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes for tracking tools.
• Coordinate monthly professional development sessions and logistics.
• Assist with recruiting and engagement activities for the apprentice program.
